My trip was awesome.  I got to see so many friends and family and I had the best time.

Yesterday I started my weight-loss program.  I'm not going on a diet, I doing a lifestyle change.  I'm eating healthier and becoming more active.  It's getting hard.  I'm on day two and I am starving.  The probably is that I was eating to comfort my anxiety and depression, not my hunger, so now body thinks I need to eat 24/7.

I get my Mother's Day gift today... the Wii Fit!  I'm so excited.  I can't wait to start.  I know it will work me out and I will have fun doing it.  I'll let you know how I like it.

I can't believe that I've been a mom for about 9 years!  It's my first Mothers' Day with 4 children.

I'm not going to lie, being a mom is tough.  Sometimes I get so frustrated, but once I take a step back and evaluate what is making me angry, I realize that they are just kids and I have to set an example for them.  It takes all that I have to keep my cool.

Mothers' Day, to me, is a time for resolutions.  I don't make one at New Year's Day.

I want to spend a little more deliberate one on one time with each of my children.  I feel it's so sporadic.  I want the kids to know that they are special and deserve special time with mom.

I love being a mom... I was born to be a mom.
